Registration of Members

You must notify us by emailing info@fantasycric11.in from your registered email address if money has been charged to your card or bank account through the Fantasycric11 platform. Still, the corresponding amount has not been added to your Fantasycric11 account within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction. The email should include the mobile number, transaction value, transaction date, and transaction ID. Your money will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days of the date Fantasycric11 receives your email if it is determined that money was indeed taken from your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your Fantasycric11 account.

All refunds will be credited to your Fantasycric11 account. Any money that is incorrectly represented in the User's Fantasycric11 wallet but is not incorrectly deducted from the User's bank account or other deposit methods shall not be subject to repayment by Fantasycric11. In that situation, we are not obligated to pay that amount if a user fails to notify Fantasycric11 by email that they have excess money in their account. Under no circumstances is the cash bonus balance withdrawable.

Additionally, Fantasycric11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate such a Participant's account with Fantasycric11.in in its sole discretion. When rewards are transported, Fantasycric11 is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Exclusions from Liability

You acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, We will not be liable to You or anyone else for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss) resulting from a violation of these Terms, in negligence or other torts, in connection with the use of Our websites and mobile applications; any Content you upload or otherwise provide; the use by Us of information provided by You that We specifically limit, and You at this moment consent to this limitation, Our responsibility for violation of an implicit condition or promise or a consumer guarantee imposed by any applicable law to the resupply of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services resupplied (the choice of which is to be at Our sole discretion).

User Behavior

• Deleting the User's account or deactivating it.

With Fantasycric11, a single user is only permitted to manage or register one user account (for both website and the app).
